Inaccessible content

Some automatically playing and looping video animations do not provide a mechanism for stopping them. In every such case, the animation is solely a background element, does not constitute essential page content and does not convey information needed to understand the content or use the website’s functions. These materials are muted, and users are not expected to focus on their content.
Selected interactive presentations and external components may contain text or controls with insufficient contrast, as well as elements whose name or state may not be fully understandable to assistive technologies.

Accessibility features, limitations and other information

The website has an accessibility panel in the upper-right corner of the navigation bar. The panel provides the following options:

enable high contrast,
enable black-and-white mode,
enable inverted colours,
underline links,
enlarge all page elements, including text,
reduce all page elements, including text,
restore the default accessibility settings.

In addition:

the website is available in Polish, English and Spanish,
form fields have programmatically associated labels,

Accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing people

Using the website does not require hearing. The website contains no audio content, audio recordings, audio streams or materials in which information is conveyed solely through sound. Background videos on the website are automatically muted, and all essential information is provided in text.

The website therefore contains no content requiring captions for deaf people or translation into Polish Sign Language. Links to podcasts, social media platforms and video platforms lead to external services and do not constitute embedded audio content on 3destate.pl.

The self-assessment included a technical review of 122 addresses listed in the sitemap — 66 Polish pages and 56 English pages — as well as manual checks of representative views, forms, multimedia, content structure, contrast and keyboard operation.
